Zoe Who Erickson
Zoe Who Erickson was 16 when she started Yoga Teacher Training. Emily Gerde was impressed that a young person is showing up big in the world.
By now, she is graduating from a study of Chinese Medicine and you see her in her graduation gown above.
When Zoe was young, her mother introduced her to Yoga. Zoe was suffering from stomach problems caused by anxiety and stress. Her parents were going through an unfriendly divorce and she was in the middle, pendulating between two homes.
Once she started practicing yoga and became aware of the breath connection, her anxiety and subsequently, her stomach issues went away.
Encouraged by her mom, she entered a yoga teacher training program.
She began teaching when she was 17. Most of her students were double her age.
We are in a time where young people are both impowered - stepping into their power - and also often discouraged by all that is wrong with the world.
Many teenagers are dealing with depression and anxiety caused by world events or the feeling that there is no future for them.
Emily wanted to share Zoe’s story, especially with our young listeners, to celebrate all that Zoe has accomplished at such a young age. And to encourage those who feel a bit hopeless - there is a lot we all can do.
Emily and Zoe end the interview sharing that both of them are in a flux situation right now. find out why when you listen to the podcast.
You do not check for replies to your other profile livesustainably, so I post it here too:
You ignored my previous comment and I see you are still active.
Here is the transaction where I sent greengrowth 0.01SBD which did not get a vote and did not get refunded:

Also, less than 30 minutes ago I sent greengrowth 0.1SBD by mistake instead of 0.01 and got a vote, but since Greengrowth' SP is down to slightly less than 216SP you should have lowered the maximal allowed bid to prevent such cases.
Here is today's recent transaction when your bot accepted my 0.1SBD bid despite having slightly less than 216SP for weeks:
