Live and Learn

Judge not one's beauty,
until they smile.
Judge not one's patience,
until it's tried.

Give not your trust,
to one that lies.
Be not like one,
who never cries.

Our world is not free,
of woes and pain.
Yet, in it, there's so much
to gain.

Billions of souls atop the Earth,
not one the same in speech or thought.

The healthy for the sick,
in seek of cures and protection.
The mother for her infant,
an attachment of mutual satisfaction.

The young for the old,
society needs both.
The rich for the poor,
won't you quench one's thirst?

This is the order of life that you breathe.
In it strive hard and live in peace.
