Daydream

DAYDREAM

walking down the street with my beloved wife
in my one arm the other one holding my son,my life
all happy and smiling
just coming from beach, all smiling
suddenly my eyes locked
onto someone;in a crowd of strangers
i knew none
but only one
there was she
oh my god, how can this be
she also glanced at me
and was also shocked
in the past we left each other
and walked
over almost 20 years before
with a untold promise to meet never
but here we are
blaiming destiny
blaiming the past and also the present
in this pleasant weekend
not only one memory
but every bit comes to mind
there we were
struck by thunder
in a clean weather
then her life partner came along
and took her away from me
just like before
could not help but watch
my loved once getting apart
in past it was her father
now her life partner
the only thing changed was the calender
till now i could not walk across the street
just like before i did not had the courage
nor the power
suddenly i saw my wife is calling for
me; i looked back to her and looked back to the street
and told myself "What a daydream!"
