I met somebody once,
If our mind Is an ocean I tried to sail Her sea,
I can show you the depth of colour,
But you use your ears to see.
With grains of sand in their pocket but deserts in their mind,
You know by what you know not by which is why.
“You do not know what you do not know”
Said old Joe passing by.
Grains of sand In His pocket but a desert In his mind.
Where there Is now a desert,
Once roared an ocean.
The water only to flow,
The slow and steady motion.
Till every grain Is In Its place.
Its home In time and space.
Where the compass Is always spinning,
Unsure of Its own accord.
My boat bobs along
through high green seas.
This place In no space or time
Is where I feel at ease.
I sailed across your crystal clear waters.
There was nothing to cloud your crystal clear mind.
My head is a murky depth,
Floating bits of debris.
Given freely to the gatekeepers of time.
Ill go with the currents,
Gatekeepers of time.
Sea, salt, sand and all.
If my mind was clear Id be sad to see the floor,
Sad there was not depth,
Sad there was not more.
To see whats at the bottom,
Would not be a shame,
But a chore.
Fractions of mountains
Broken by the force of waters flow.
A man no one knew once said,
“You do not know what you do not know”.
I tried to show you the depth of colour,
But you use your ears to see.
I’m no longer holding out my hand.
Please do not follow me.
You can watch my boat,
Sail back out to Sea.
