FOOD FOR THOUGHT (Peom)

Eating at a family party barbecue!
We had enough of cooking French cuisine,
We had to cook a lot of beef stew,
While we put aside a bowl of locust bean.

Who offers me a slice of apple pie!
I don't need an apple slightly sweet,
Washing dishes hanging to dry,
Kept aside a plate of chicken meat.

Too busy cleaning the dirty kitchen!
While everyone has finished eating,
Then I saw a woman still breastfeeding,
As she faced the crowd slightly seating.

Only a human being can be feeding.
Sleeping while lying on a bed after meal,
Remembering sitting at the kitchen table eating,
Now thinking the food is the real deal.
