[Poem] A tragic love story (Part 1)

this not a love story,
although it started as one.

They loved each other,
they were young and stupid,
they thought their love will keep the warm
and together they will stand against all.

They got a kid,
before getting married,
so they renounced their dreams,
to build their family.
He got a job,
and worked all day long,
She stayed at home,
caring for their little boy.
They didn’t see each other that much anymore,
She yearned for his touch,
but he was too tired, too cranky.
It was hard to talk with him.
They started to fight,
their love went from hot to cold,
the only thing that kept them together
was their little boy,
now one year old.

the boy got sick one day,
nobody knew exactly why.
High fever and coughs,
the doctors shook their heads,
and shrugged the shoulder,
in a few weeks time,
the little boy,
just one year old,
closed his eyes forever.

This is probably the longest and the saddest poem that I ever wrote. It's a story, a tragic one as the title says. I'll post the second part either today in the evening or tomorrow morning
