A huge feast of flesh has been made
To the delight of the vultures hovering the sky.
The war is now over,
And the soldiers will return to their wives and children,
But they leave behind burnt trees,
And famine and pregnant virgins.
The war is now over!
But neither the kings who started it,
Nor the soldiers who fought in it
knew why they went to war.
It was a war for nothing.
