Exaggerating

I keep saying things that is truly unwanted,
But never did I think of, that in that way I can hurt you!
And it's late to realized it hurts me more also,
For it came from my mouth and yet I kept saying it.

I was swept away with too much emotion,
That I unconsciously say things that was unnecessary;
And its my fault, no one else is at fault here but me,
I imprisoned you by my words.

You have no escape since I cornered you,
With a shallow reason, I deliberately created this conflict;
That made this distance between us,
And it grew as the days passed by.

Till the day came that you are so far away,
Yet your near but I couldn't reach you;
I was too blind and occupied,
Till it came you are not mine anymore.

My back on the walls, I was painted in blue,
I was in despair that I forgot who I was;
And the only thing that kept playing inside my mind was...

the words I've said that started the distance between you and I
