Lucid
I was at ease, like waves crashing down the sand castle in the shore;
I was like the summer breeze, blowing with an never ending bliss.
Yet somehow, the sun sets, the stars and moon reveals itself,
Unraveling everything that was hidden during the day;
Constellation of orbits around me,
It was like, I was the universe itself.
The sun came yet the colors changed,
It was red and orange feels the same;
Leaves gone with the wind, leaving a lasting impression in my brain.
The grass is so soft as it could be and I lay,
Waiting for the clouds to cover the sky;
And give back the solitude that hides,
Like a soothing air creeps into my mind.
The sky turned gray, the clouds started to growl,
Flashes of light are visible from where I was laying;
Then in a blink of an eye, a drop of water was caught by my face,
Then it came down falling.
I was waiting patiently,
Warm breaths with a cold vibe;
It chills me to the bone, and I liked it,
I was alone yet satisfied.
I was contented of what came my way,
And I had no worries of how will I pass away;
For it seems everything is falling in the right way,
While me waiting at the bay.
It stopped pouring, yet it was still gray,
Then I sensed this warm, loving affection from my back;
Somehow I was scared of what it could be,
And I smiled, I looked and it was you;
The person I have been waiting patiently.
