Baby Girl for Life

in poems •  4 years ago
I saw a figure radiating like the sun,
In awe I stood, with Mouth agape,
Elegant she was, a divine being.

Her eyes were twinkling like diamonds,
Her hair a soft fur,
Her skin was flawless like polished bronze,
She walked with finesse,
A goddess she was.

"Child of the world", I was called,
My eyes were opened and sleep gone.
It was all a dream!
Then, from the blowing wind I heard a voice say;
"I am a baby girl for life".
