My country of origin
The place I love from the beginning
From season to season
I will always love with reason
Though they try to have our financial capability frozen
All of us will still identify ourselves as citizen
With strength and might we will always enter our various kitchen
Ensuring that our mouth is still shaking
Struggling ahead and surviving
It’s our coat of arms you can’t beat it
From birth we’ve been nurtured to prepare for it
We are infants yes we can fight it
The British of old made us slaves we survived it
Ask the Americans they will define it
We as a people will stand tall to defend it

We are not afraid we know our right
As we in unity stand and fight
Against All the Crimes

Even if in form of herdsmen
They came to our farm
Destroying our crops and killing our people With arms
And you are standing with them even from afar
Defending them with all you have
We are still stronger you can ask Abacha
Yes we are a mixture of Christians and Moslems
We can’t allow religion to cause mayhem
As we all have belief of our various safe haven
Supporting and backing our brethren

So if because of our believe
You feel highly deceived
By trying to erroneously have yourself relieved
Of negativity that you conceive

As you inflict pains on our various gate
Just understand that freedom is within the reach of our toll gate
An as such we are not afraid till date
It just our faith

You could be confuse as to what we meant by freedom
It’s because you don’t know that we are children of the kingdom
We are one big family
We are one

So understand if you want to achieve the age so ripe
Then you must learn to do the things so right
Because that’s were peace lies

And if Nigeria we declare must stand
And somebody from the region so north decides not to understand
Because of his personal interest that we can’t anywhere Hold or find
Then we will individually post him afar with our votes in kind

We are hoping that after we decide with a fast pace
You will like goodluck walk out through the gate
Looking at our face
Because we want you to remember our Race
Which is always covered with God’s grace
