crow
eatin it
is something
i'm familiar with

falling
on my face
debris of my landing
scattered all around
tattered and battered
like a dead cod body

spill
onto the ground
breaking my toes
sounding my bells
sprinkling misgivings
around a multi mile stretch

holding
withholding
allowing my face to skrunch
boiling my vegetable soul
carrots abound
peas please

yuck
my brains are stuck
mucked
fucked
but unrelenting
not hitting a capacity
rolling over hills of my making
shaking
baking
every last square inch of thought

giving
up
fighting
lightning
focusing on my dreams
explaining things
to def ears
of sideways corn
porn
forlorn
made of dirt
and set to squirt
non stop beep
at my feet
replete
nice and neat
defeat

opening a new door
seeing a new path
challenged in a new way
a new extreme
a new lead
a new breed
a new steed
a new way to breathe
