Life in Poetry - Remember You

I was moved and swayed,
Your beauty left its trace,
My soul and heart’s yearning,
For one last fairy-tale to chase.
The story took its course,
Ignited passions, awakened flames,
A story to learn from,
A story to embrace.
With strange connections,
Nevertheless connected,
No romance, no friendship,
Always here if you need be protected.
Embrace your stories, love your scars,
You are nothing but magic, born from the stars,
Don’t hold too tightly with past pain,
He’s your lion, wherever he rests, he’ll reign.
It will always get dark,
Left with a puzzle blinded to eyes,
But light one candle,
And you’ll see the Goddess arise.
This is nothing about me,
And everything about you,
You are never alone,
Since Angels and Gods are part of your crew.
