Great stuff. I just found your blog through referral. Diggin the words and also use of handwriting instead of drawing up a computer doc. I think it really adds to the general mood of your writing and also the aesthetics

Thanks for taking the time Jay, glad you like it. I held out against typing my stuff for a long time at least until it was more viable to carry a computer with me. I enjoy going through these books I wrote half a lifetime ago and sharing them with a new audience. I share the experience, it gets better. I tried to figure out this contest thingy, congrats, I think you won whale for a day or something, I didn't quite get it. I'll read it over again later and try to make sense of it and pay it forward. Thanks again for the kind words, plenty more to come.

For sure. Dan-atstarlite recommended you. And ya I have whale power sort of for a day so trying to help everyone out who i think has been producing some good stuff ~

Much obliged, I'm still very new to this, so trying my best to produce new and exciting oddities. I'll try not to let you or Dan down. 😀

When life goes around 'I'
It can feel cruel, a clever ploy
Somewhere out there is an 'us'
Please make sure you don't miss the next bus

Alas how sweet this life can be,
I flipped an 'm' now me is we,
A wife, a son, a family
At last there is no hate.

These tattered stained pages
Of a bygone age, dated before I jaded
Of my wound scratching rage
How long have these feelings faded
And yet I know the sentiment remains
Behind another's brow now.
