I have found lately that I am more aware of my anger.
I never realized it before...
sitting in a chair for hours slumped over and basically brain dead
my body reacts with aches and pains that my mind ignores
who am I to be happy, to get what I want.
If I am whatever I want to be
then why do I choose to be in pain?
Let me get up from this slump
stand up for my life
take command of my destiny
let me be happy with contentment
happy with life
happy to be
