Flight

Up above, in the clouds,
Far beyond the very atmosphere.
Not a whisper of any sounds,
Yet to shed but one tear.

Free from gravity
The earth's fabric chain.
The cause of insanity
Not a mind left sane.

I wish to fly.
I wish to soar.
Up in the sky,
With the wind at a roar

To be a bird in the distance,
Or an angel up on high.
What I see, is no difference
But neither of them are so nigh.
