agreed, but more a statement to your patience than mine, haha. thank you, good sir.

i have a bit better understanding then, and i will certainly check 'curie's profile. would this then be a sort of curation of multiple pieces of similar art, such as an exhibit of sorts?

i have a few pieces i'm trying to tie up now, but i'm a notoriously slow editor on all my pieces. hoping to have one done before the end of the week and the rest see the light of steem in the near to near future.

thank you again, mark, i truly appreciate your time and helping make this process a quick resolve. you're the man, mate.

the word "curation" has a specific meaning on Steem, related to the "Curation rewards" that you can see in your rewards link on your profile. Curation rewards are based on upvotes you make on posts, and the short version is that if you are the first, or one of the first, upvotes on a good post that later on earns a decent payout after you upvoted it first, you get a bigger reward than if you came along and upvoted a post that had arleady made it big. A "curator" here is someone who looks for these awesome but currently undervalued posts, upvotes them, and tries to promote them through resteem or other methods to increase their own curation reward. There are also many curation organizations, @curie being one, that come along behind curators working for the organization with a big upvote. Just FYI, it is always best practice here on Steem to clearly identify when a work is a repost, with a link a to the original (so in this case, a link to your deviant post at the bottom of the post - and this would have prevented a lot of the above confusion :).

Much love - Carl (@curie curator)
