Endlessness

We should love ourselves
As each loves the other.
We shall be one
As we are each other.
The desire for us to talk
Awaits the time for closeness
When only your ears can hear.
I long to see the hidden thoughts
That remain behind your eyes.
I take from you
The summer fragrance of a rose
To represent the love of life
And hold it gently, forever
Before it disappears
Within the endless wind.

Jack Binkley

This is the second poem that the Legendary Famous Writer Jack Binkley Assigned To Me Publish Upon His Passing. It has been a few years now since he passed away. He had written so many great treasures while on this earth. These were 4 of my favorites and so he never published them he just gave them to me to publish. What an honor is has been so far. Thank you for reading this amazing poetry.
