She's stubborn, always wanting to stand tall
She's broken, she wanted to get away from it all
She's scared, she needed an escape
She's frustrated, it's like she's bounded with a tape

All she wanted was to fit in
They all just wanted to get even
The smile that was plastered on her face
Is now gone and with a frown it was replaced

She's awkward, she never knew what to say
She's lonely, hard to imagine she was ever so jolly
She's depressed, she wants to disappear
She looks around for help, there was nobody there

They want nothing to do with her
She was too sad, nobody wants her anywhere
She tried to keep her problems for herself
As she slowly forgets her truest self

"Maybe this time they'll like me,
Maybe this time they'll care.
Maybe this time they won't get sick of me,
Maybe this time they'll actually stay."

This is my first time publishing a poem. Hope you guys like it!!!

Even if it's a poem, I suggest including a picture. If you don't have an image or photo you took, you can go somewhere like pixabay.com to find something. just remember to credit the source. Maybe you can just try search for "girl" like that.

Thank you so much for this suggestion! :)

You're welcome
