The sun shines again

We have woken up from a horrible nightmare,
We begin the day with renewed illusions.

A town free of absences on the street
claim their constitutional rights.

The memories of the abuse are alive
between the illusion bars.

Tears moisten dry powder
from an arid land.

The networks sing cries of freedom
as a weapon of hope.

We are afraid to sleep
and get up with a mirage of freedom.

The sun will definitely shine again, and this time friend, it wouldn't be a mirage.

Greetings Mr cordero, lovely poem, how are you?

Hello friend, I hope there is a change for the better. I feel alone. My children had to emigrate. Thank God they're fine. Technology keeps us communicated.

I'm so sorry, that's so sad. Thank God for technology. Your strength wouldn't waver friend
