APOLOGY TO MY HEART

I fought, confined on my own thoughts
Blind in anger, indignation and envy
Lost control on the eddies of brainwash
Fussing around in grip of frenzy

I fought to myself, and I lost myself
I hurt my only heart unconsciously
Cause of my life, like moon to the tide
Only a sorry I have, for acting obtusely

Come back, my life, I pray endlessly
Was wrong even though heart was right
Was on the right, but on the wrong side
Sun has risen against the dark knight

      Nice poem. I've written a few that I'm pretty proud of, but most others, after reading them again, it was just in the moment thing and they really are not that great.
