DYNAMITE DIGONG as he is fondly called.
UNDERSTOOD by Davaoeños, misunderstood by outsiders.
TYRANT to the lawless, a hero to his constituents.
ENVIED by foes and opponents, well-loved by sympathizers
ROWDY may his tongue, ruthless may he seem, he radiates so much charisma
TRUSTED and respected by his friends, colleagues and associates and followers
EAGLE of Mindanao to his supporters and admirers, soaring at the peak of triumphant glee....DUTERTE!!!

I am a true-blue Dabawenya and I a living witness of his love for the Filipino people even when he was just a City mayor of Davao. He has a political will and everybody follow him because we know that it is for our own welfare. Do you know him personally? Or even have read what he has contributed or done in our city when he was just a Mayor? Anyways, thanks for your comment. :)

You could say the same about Hitler. But the reality is that he was doing a lot of people a lot of wrongs. In the aftermath, with a historical perspective on the whole thing, it's easier to see it clearly. The good thats happening is payed in blood. Let him that is without sin throw the first stone.

Can you see me do that claim? I am not, but I am also not solving problems by killing people. Those who are paying for Dutertes glory with their blood and loss of loved ones have been wronged twice.

It was a question @deismac. See that's the problem, we always assume things that we aren't sure of or better yet have no proof to that assumption. So much hate going on with no reason at all. Finger pointing does not solve a problem neither does false accusations. Let us spread love and live a harmonious life. Contribute positively and let us bury the negativities.

This is "fog speach". Things needs to be clear and defined for a society to function. For people to be able to co-exist without violence. "Burying the negativities" can be undertood literally by some to excatly bury people that are contributing to what they see as negative.

If we start with that violence is not ok, because I think most poeple would agree on that, then we just need to figure out what violence really is. Because very few understand that regulations and laws again crimes with no victims in reality are violence.

This is why I wrote that they have been wronged twice. Once for doing something that harmed no other individual, but still getting stigmatised and condemned by society. Twice when they paied for that with their life.

Thanks sis that you like the poem. I wrote this during election post it to Inday Sara's FB wall. He is a good man though he has a foul mouth (he's expression every time that he's in dismay)
