Grok cornucopia ( 100 Days of Poetry ) { Day #50 }

Drained, like a skelton in the Arabian desert.
But some how my enthusiasm throttles like a virgin Lambo,
ready to roar down the highway towards Burj Khalifa.
The Marathon juices have kicked in,
I no longer feel the strains.

Gains I see, progress on the horizon,
peaking over the mountain top.
The greed for flesh has subsided,
frugivorous living like a king,
in the days of gold plates & grapes.

No time for velitation, busy with creation.
The lasting kind, that dances with time,
and ages gracefully like Chilean wine.
Nothing borrowed nothing owed unlike Falstaff,
never boasting while toasting like him either.
Humble in the presence of abundance!

Wooooohhhhh 50 days complete. Congrats to all that continue the journey. Cheers to the next 50.

Hahahaa , you know is just some strange words that I’ve found recently and use them here because I can’t use them anywhere else lol
