Heavy air
broken by words
contained in
soundless glass
Blank stares of anger
recycled breathing
undercurrents of disappointment
a handful of hair
Focus is blurred deliberately
attention span dispersed
enlightenment is impossible
unwanted words are heard
Accept that this will happen
be mature in how you vent
exercise restraint
you have been emotionally spent
A head becomes too heavy
a handprint in your face
the redness matches anger
visible as you pace

Thank you @poeticsnake! I took the picture while visiting my grandmother...it's part of this crazy glass ornament that she's had for over 60 years. I thought it fit the "soundless glass" line.
