Poetry Series #60: Untitled

Wounded early light of day
and the shady coat
steal at the walls of my house
The man smiles at the aunt
but the father does not smile
when he looks at the bird giant
and the disordered ocean
your sweetness is a soul filled with tenacious nature
outside the foreboding billows of ultraviolet smoke.

@donaldtrumpfan - Brilliant concept of 'wounded light' I can imagine the speckled sunbeams, fragmented and falling on the walls to steal them in patches. Great.
