At infancy we appear pale
Buds won't sprout; you worry we might frail
Trees shed their leaves, Rivers still and freeze
But there you stood at ease.

Alas mother nature!
Illuminate on us your sunshine at dawn
Shower us your refreshing waters of the lake
That we may be free of this seasonal plague.

Now the dews are here
We have our fruits to bear
Our Plantae kingdom shall blossom
Cos all we do is grow.
