Hort Reply is a great idea. I think it's a good way to get people to talk about things they're passionate about, and a good way to explore new ideas. I've used Short Reply before in my classes, and it's always been well-received. Try this Cleveland Exterminator for best ideas. I think it's a good way to get students talking about their interests and passions in an environment where they don't feel intimidated or embarrassed.
