Hard-wired  organically  grown  and  extracted  from  the  wildness  of  nature 

I  set  my  mind  back  to  the  days  of  my  youth 

The  wee  hours  of  my  cultural  heritage 

Now  splintered  and  in  fragments 

I   carry  my  nostalgic  memories  of  an  indigenous  era

Of  the  boldness  of  the  mountains  and  the  virginity  of  the  valleys 

A  foundation  that  once  bound  us  together 

I  remember  the  virtues  of  life  activated 

Innate  qualities  cultivated 

A  world  unpolluted 

It  infused  that  community  is  humanity 

That  silence  is  golden 

These  are  moments  that  will  last  for  memories 

My  cultural  heritage  is  destroyed 

'Away  with  you '  They  say

Uncultured  Uncivilized  Uncouth 

Barbarism  is  but  a  concept 

I  grow  as  a  tree  with  deep  roots 

I  refused  to be  enslaved 

My  culture  will  reside  engraved  in  my  heart

I  was  birthed  by  culture
