Fire and Snow

Her skin's as cold as morning frost,
As pale as evening snow,
With her, I am no longer lost,
My path, she'll always show.

Her hair is fire in the sky,
A burning, vivid crown,
And she, above like mountains high,
While I'm forever down.

If only I could call her name,
And draw her to my side,
The wildness in me, she could tame,
No longer would I hide.

But she's forever far away,
She's like a dream at night,
Before I sleep, I always pray,
That come to me, she might.
