Every day provides us with an opportunity to celebrate. Today on Innergized Day, the focus is on ourselves. It is a day to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. I plan to kick back and do what I want today, I might just make it a whole week for myself.

You can have everyday if you want. The purpose of the day is to remind people that they need to take care of themselves. If it feels selfish, think about as your doing to make sure you around to see your adorable grandson grow up.
When my father in law was sick, DJ's visits always perked him up. When be was at the rehab where my Mom was a nurse, they had her call me when he would eat. I would stop at McDonalds and get two Happy Meals. They would sit together and eat while comparing the toy that came with the meal.

Sleeping in is something I plan to do all week. The few monthes has been very busy and stressful. I need to catch up on a lot of sleep. Oh, I am also taking a few naps here and there.

Napping is always great for recharging lol! I find sometimes afternoon naps help as well during the weekend. During the work week it’s not something I can do so I try to catch up on weekends instead! Anyways just returned to steemit after days later due to inability to post or respond until now!!!!
