Every day provides us with an opportunity to celebrate. Today is another foodie holiday, it’s National Taco Day! This is a favorite family meal in my house. We usually have tacos on Tuesday, but this week were having them twice, in honor of the holiday. I hope you and your family enjoy some tacos tonight is much as mine will. Happy eating!

Hey I almost missed this. Taco is one of my family's favorite food. Although we don't get to eat it as much, it only makes it more special when it's served for dinner.

We often had dinner with my parents on Tuesdays, because it was Taco Tuesday. Now with my Mom settling into the nursing home a d Dad adjusting to assisted living, I make tacos almost every Tuesday. DJ is always very excited by tacos.
I love that it is a special meal inyour house.

I remember a post I did that said something about "when you suddenly get a happy feeling it could be because somebody prayed for you." I believe this to be true and I know she gets that happy feeling at least once everyday.

That's great. For as long as I can pray the rosary then she'll always be on my list of those I offer it for! I don't think I got her name. I'll go back and check your past posts if you mentioned her name somewhere. I'm sure you did. I always refer to her as "Maggie's mom."
