You carelessly
toss on my hat

and cast your eyes
away with a shrug

like a twenties
show girl who flirts

to keep the flames
from tickling her

        This is a very strong and deep piece of writing. The words 'carelessly' and 'shrug' are perfect and really portray the depth of this simple poem about a hat. Thank you for sharing!
