They say that the world is a stage
And We actors, just trying to engage
With an audience, even ourselves, and with the world around us
And as we step forward, we must learn to trust
Trust in ourselves, trust in our voice
Trust in the choices we make
For the road ahead is long, it’s not clear
But we must stay strong
Wipe them tears
Show no fear
Ithey make us believe that we’re not enough
And that our voice doesn’t matter, that it’s just a bluff
for we all have a story to tell
a perspective, and a message to sell
the world needs to hear it, needs to see it
So let us speak up, let us raise our voice
And let us make some noise, for we have a choice
To be silent, or to make a change
To be part of the problem, or to create a range
A range of possibilities, a range of hope
A range of solutions, and a way to cope
With the challenges that we face each day
And the obstacles that stand in our way
We must learn to adapt, to evolve, and to grow
And to let our voices be heard, to let them flow
For when we speak up, we inspire others to do the same
And together, we can create a new game
A game of love, of compassion, and of understanding
A game where we all win, where there’s no demanding
Of power, of control, or of wealth
But where we all work together, for the common health
Of our planet, of our people, and of ourselves
For we are all connected, we’re part of one self
And as we move forward, let us remember that
That we all have a voice, and we must use it, and that’s a fact.
