You will see them everywhere,
Walking in bare feet they don’t seem to care.
Asking a little help to feed their empty stomach,
Perhaps a little guitar will give them luck.

With his little guitar he begin to sing,
Stramming with its broken string.
Beside him is an empty can,
Hoping someone will drop some.

You will see them watching you eat,
Behind the glass wall they will stand and wait.
Waiting for you to leave your leftovers,
So they can eat it and feed their hunger.

Some people find them annoying,
They follow you, tail you and it’s irritating.
They smell unpleasant and look unsightly,
Reason why they will be neglected oftenly.

Questions come into my mind,
Are they being left behind?
Is there someone to blame?
Or are they just lame?
Do they deserve our pity?
Or are they just lazy and crummy?
