Sonnet n° 5

Forever limited be infinity
As words draw boundaries to limit sanity
And thus be it impossible to express
To put feelings deeply nourished in ink’s dress

Forever bound to be where life leads one to
Sworn upon the heavens loyalty to you
Without reason an odd, sudden compassion
For never has one felt such strong a passion

Know thus all be said with not a single word
And eyes, and soft hearts, and galaxies cross
And man-made words be not anymore of grief

Know thus all be said with not a letter heard
Love defined in eyes, a kiss, to words a loss
And the thought of nature left in disbelief
