Excellent simile between sun and hair, @johnjgeddes. What stands out from this comparison is the color, but I also feel how bright, immense and the feeling that awakens the beloved woman. There are people who are like sunrises or sunsets, full of colors and light. An image that illuminates everything and overwhelms the viewer. A poem felt to begin this October. Hugs

That is a true compliment. Thank you. Punctuation is half the poem, even when I decide to go minimalist and leave it out - it's always a conscious decision because it's the circuitry that directs the power

I write my thoughts since the age of 14, and struggle to punctuate. I don't have the confidence to publish publically, like you do your poems.

Thank you - not a book of poems - novels - People don't realize that the hardest part is pushing that post button - maybe you should try on Twitter first - that's what I did - it took me about 5 yrs but I got a large following and gained confidence that way - that site is more forgiving - not as much pressure - no rewards though, other than feedback from readers
