This shot was taken a few years back, before kids. lol! I still do yoga every day, but I haven't done poses like this in a long while. Good that I captured that phase of my life. Who knows, maybe I'll get there again. ;)

That stretch looks so refreshing. It's nice to get out amongst the trees. Though I don't do yoga myself, I always have time for a ramble in the woods or shore, it invigorates for the day.
