__________

When you're baptized, you become a disciple of Jesus Christ
Do you understand the promise you made to him
To go out and preach and study his scriptures
And always repent for all your sins

__________

Always study and pray so you can learn about the Savior
Make the Lord your best friend so he will walk with you
Be obedient to the spirit when you hear that soft voice
Then do all the things the spirit tells you to do

__________

You must learn not to seek the things the world offers
Always be grateful for the things that are yours
Learn to see the need and not your own desires
You learn his path is not easy, you must endure

__________

Always be on guard so you won't be deceived
Satan is crafty, he knows all the things we seek
Always be working to be spiritually prepared
Learn that anger, malice and envy will make you weak

__________

We all should strive to emulate the Savior each day
We all are his disciples, even if we disagree
Let's all strive each day to teach about the Savior
And have faith the truth will set you free

Great question. Perhaps one should answer this before they are baptised so that they are very clear about their mission.
Blessings

Exactly! Very smart, that's the point I was wanting to get at. Thanks so much!

Thx for sharing

Anytime, Thanks!

You become a disciple of Jesus Christ when you repent of your sins, accept what Jesus did on the cross to pay for those sins, and accept Jesus as Lord. Yes, you should be baptized but that doesn't save you. An unbaptized person is still a disciple.

You can accept Jesus Christ without being baptized but you cannot make the covenant with Jesus Christ unless you're baptized. Even Jesus had to be baptized. When you are baptized you are reborn as a disciple of Jesus Christ. There are good people who are not baptized and I hope they can find the truth. Thanks for reading and your input, I really do apprieciate it!

To the question in your title, my Magic 8-Ball says:

It is decidedly so
