MY TEARS
I want to cry
I feel like washing my eyes
Ridding me of these hurtful emotions
Balancing my somewhat hurting heart
I know it wouldn’t help
I know the worries wouldn’t be abated
But I’ll have my temporary bliss
Even if it’s for a moment
I wish to do better
I wish to be better
I wish to be in control
I wish my wishes weren’t wished
I’ll find another way
To check my emotions
And bring my heart to peace
Till then, let the waterworks continue
