destructive towards silence

why are you so destructive towards silence?
the vocalised violence you project
is so banal and easy to detect,
which is why i protect the state
ideal for me to create in.
through silence comes the spawn of satan.

I agree with you about silence. It is difficult to find my own thoughts when someone is spraying theirs all over the place so loudly all about me. The only thing to do is move somewhere where I can feel my own vibration.
I feel it is my own responsibility for what I give out; indiscriminate exclaiming is pollution and I wonder why I am experiencing so much of it, is there something I have to learn?
When I seek silence and quiet but find so much of the opposite I have to wonder, why do people have to fill up all the space with their noisy mind’s drivel? I see this everywhere I go as if there is no peace at all in them but thoughts and emotions that they spray everywhere they go; one thought to the next thought, emotions broiling, empty to be filled; fear of their own silence, where doing nothing is not an option; where a day full of planned doing and noise is preferable to their own spontaneous being.

People and the thoughts emitted from their minds vocally are incredibly destructive, yes. In those people, thoughts have taken over - become masters in a way - while they remain their slaves, under captivity. From what I've experienced, the sole action of seeking silence is futile. It reminds me of walking around in a dark room, looking for light. Chaos, havoc, that noise inside our minds, are all simply an absence of silence. With one mere understanding, one can allow silence to emerge from one's depth - where it always resides - and immerse oneself in it.

You say 'The only thing to do is move somewhere where I can feel my own vibration.' If by this you mean a physical place, then there is no hope. It won't create silence nor happiness. It's a fruitless attempt to escape life and its noise, while being a part of that noise. It's like a droplet of water trying to flee the ocean, despising its wet nature; the drop is what makes the ocean as it is. In fact, the ocean doesn't exist as such; it is just a collective of drops. Centering oneself, transcending the mind and the artificial conformities we have been fed, and returning home - to the depths of our being - seems like a productive way of reaching that silence, but still, remember one thing: the very act of seeking limits us from reaching the destination. Silence is already there in you, hidden, so all you need to do is some spring cleaning in yourself, no searching. All is within.
