It's super kewl, mamadini. Love the title by the way.

Thank you -- I had a whole conversation and decided that I prefer this as a minimalist piece. It is fun to play with some of the ways in which people communicate -- look how symbols (via emotes) are taking over like a new language, distilled down to glyphs. At first I was put off and now I find it exciting.

It is almost as if we are reverting to something akin to ancient Egyptians.

Yes, I agree. It's been fodder I ponder for a while now. Interesting times. ;)

glad you captured this piece between the two crests of the wave, @mamadini, and I much agree with you, there is no more that needs to be here.

plus, much of your other work is akin to mine - longwinded to the point where a poem that allows for some breathing every now and again can be a pleasant change. ^_^

Thank you, dear @carmalain7. It is indeed nice to exhibit a range, maybe try and surprise yourself and others in doing so. ;)

I'm going for it as I do anywhere else, not everyone is gonna catch the vibe and so we do it because we must.

I really love that second image. I'd also be curious to see the Director's Cut of this piece, which you hinted at.

Yes, I love that photo too... It's totally perfect for this... digi-niishi. <3

Super interesting! Very unique piece.. love the imagery too!

Though... for the rules of the contest I believe it needs to be 14 lines, no?

Anyway... love the presentation of this... very creative!

Keep up the amazing work :)

Yes, you are right, however, I find that a rule to challenge. How can we leave out minimalist poetry, like Haiku and other short form pieces? I feel that the rule was to keep people from trying to get by with a three line poems everyday. I sent @d-pend a message asking as I have more that wrote and can certainly add in lines to make the minimum but I feel the piece will lose the charm and feel of what I want to convey.

Also, It feels all right to insert a short form piece in contrast to my other entires, that include spoken word and a longer poetic prose form (the last one I posted) sizable alliteration, and so on. I’m striving to offer a range and am not trying to “get by”… guess we shall see.

Thank you for the wonderful vibes and stopping by, I truly appreciate it. <3
