Bleed With Me (a poem)

in poetry •  8 years ago

Weigh your bleeding heart
Fall upon the sword
In all your bones and clothes
Among whispers and echoes of the Old
How do I repent?
How could I forget?
All is not well, only dispensed one blood drop to strangle each breath
This life drips in due time
