I do not play with children,
I am a sorceress,
Filled with pride yet bearing the face of a
Simple maiden,
My days are filled with blood and wine
My mind is filled with words divine

I do not play with children,
I teach,
I speak the words that my grandmother's
Couldn't speak,
I sing the songs they couldn't sing
Lay at my feet and learn from greatness
Be quiet when I speak

I do not play with children
I am not moved by your frivolous escapades
All that I seek,
All the things that thrill
I have seen
Be quiet when I speak
