BANYANGAN SENJA
Muhammad Darwis

Tersenyum di sudut senja
Merenung hampa sejuk belaian manja
Bercerita aku memeluk senja
Rasa pasrah tanpa kata belaian surga

Bait demi bait tertulis tinta merah
Indah merona pandangan banyangan senja
Menyertai aroma senja di sudut rindu

Katanya aku manja meretapi rindu
Menunggu hujan di sudut sepi
Menunggu malam mengenang dikau di pelupuk mata
Bukan berarti rindu kepada senja aku lemah
Lebih kuat ku merindu senja semangat bangkit tanpa henti
