Drown - Poem

Sky turned dark,
Seemingly in a somber mood.

Painstakingly dull,
Lulled me into deep sleep.

Float or gloat,
Reaper will come to you.

Bed of razors,
Tickle as you sleep.

Scythe of the reaper,
Cuts down the thread.

Drown I do,
To the darkest deepest depth.

An upbeat, sad poem. At least that's what it seemed like to me.
