Don't hold grudges
Never forget
Never ever going back
To a place of regret
To spread the positive
Guess one needs a negative push
Saturated into gray
Decay and fester yesterday
Tomorrow today
If I could find a way
To make happiness to stay
The negative would surely
Waltz in and slay
For lost years
Of wasted time
Pissed on spit on after the climb
Radiance positive
Still shines through
Yet with years of anger
The fear is nothing will subdue
Take my shining light and break it
Take the filament and fake it
Burning into the sky
All the serotonin rivers run dry
Feeding on prescriptions
Till they die
Ejected from their vehicle
Till there's no more answers
And all the cancers erode hope
Why ask why
This life is a lie
Society sick
Broken spokes
Drooling salivating financial greed
Do anything for really nothing
In material they do not succeed
Pull the weeds by their hair
Roots grow looking for life to ensnare
Theirs is no benefit
Feeding sucking on fertilized shit
When not growing in any direction
Just inching towards a pit
Like an erection manifest
Left alone for the weather to digest
Is the lonely really blessed
Or is it group consciousness
Where one has confessed
How some will
Others will do and feel the same
A learned action
That will nurture
The herd with all wrong words
And while ignorance is bliss
It is their life they fucking missed
Throwing nature to the hounds
And all is one this does rebound
A reflection of black, coming back
there is silence in a last breath
Silence in a kiss on the numb lips
Of the hue man erased
Replaced with a desolate starving soul
The only difference in
imagining and doing
Is the remembrance
Either way it is just another thought in the present
No matter how unpleasant
And if the body did it or not
Still does not mean it was
The present is all there is
why take a turn for the worst
All cursed
I've not seen it like this
Sick society
Warrants no sobriety
Closing eyes during the test
In a cold world manifest
In the mind recorded
Beds being made
And i would laugh
But I know my heart will feel for them
the foolish
there is no i told you so
No smug pride in watching
All crumble
