Umai ak kun di kaw dak!

Kagahapon saju sa kabuntagun
Waya ak magpalandong intawun
Na jauy is aka tawo na matinud-anun
An magpadumdum sa amo Surigaonon

Matod pa sa marajaw nija na kinaija
Uman napulihan naman am pinulongan
Kai kuno ang Cebuano nisuyud naman
Sa malinawon namo na huy-anan

Sa radyo, sa misa, sa mga programa
Uman Cebuano naman ang nagdumala
Laong pa nija dapat di ini padajunun
Kun dili gusto mamatay pulong Sinurigaonon

Ang inistoryahan sumpay sa kultura
Apan kun mahikalimtan, jamo mawaya
Mahilobong isab pag-apil ang kilayhanan
Na ikaw is aka tawo na jauy baruganan.

Busa kamo kaigu-unan ajaw niju kalimti
Kun unoi iju taggikanan sanan pasingdan
Kai para man ini sa iju karajawan
Busa ajaw gajud niju hikalimti



Summary: The message is about our mother tongue that is slowly dying due to Cebuano dialect is now slowly invading the radio stations, church services, government, and the sector of education. A person reminded us that if we let this continue then a time will come that our mother tongue will be buried in the books. He wanted us to keep using our dialect or else the Cebuano dialect will overrun the Surigaonon dialect users... The nearest translation to the title is "What is it to me if you don't want me".
