There is a lot of disappointment and anger in this. I quite like it. I would suggest possibly using fewer questions. Imagery like
Turned me around, and slit me with a knife
speak a lot by themselves. It shows how someone backstabbed you and broke your trust, how hurt you must have felt. Good job.
