INFRASTRUCTURE IN FURTHERANCE OF AUTARCHY

in poetry •  7 years ago

Many bricks have I brought,
Burned in flames hardened hot.

No man’s land before me,
No reason still to flee,
No enemy can I see.

Elements fit well so tight,
No foe will break and bite.

Walls, walls, walls.
“We rise firm to protect,
Woe betide fools who connect”.

Bridges, bridges, bridges.
What can you really say,
“Idiots fall and pass away.”

Any difference - not at all,
Filling voids party wall,
Futile seeking friend or foe,
As you always lose them all.

To be said here - now - at last.

The only truth for thou to trust,
Thou turn into a pile of dust.
