AND WHERE HAVE I NOT BEEN ?

Hello steemians,
Welcome to my blog today.

And where have I not been?
I been to the heights of sorrow
And I have been to the depths of zero
I have felt the horrors of the pits of sheol
And I have been to the embers of shame
Yet, here I am whole and safe again
Because I have never been alone.

And where have I not been?
I have shook the watery palms of penury
And embraced the shocking bosoms of solitude
I have walked through and through the gates of dejection
Even to the cold chambers of rejection and delusion
Yet, I have never been left alone
Your loving eyes have watched safe and sound.

And where have I not been?
I have traveled the freezing points of life
And I have reached the melting points of the soul
I have suffered the crux of repression, depression in opression
I have been to the deserts void of green
Even to the valleys of the shadows of death below
Yet, you have been my friend in all
A friend holding my hand that I may not fall.

And where have I not been?
I have been through hailing storms and falling stars
And I have been through the dark horrors of time
I have been through the tides
Yet, I have survived even in the darkest hours
And I have succeeded because you have been with me.

And where have I not been?
I have been through all the odds learning to trust your words
I have survived it all leaning on your word of hope
o, where have I not been?
